Even well-watched Tiree has only ever had one record)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>11\/10\/2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Barnacle Goose (two more flocks of c25 birds arriving from the north west)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greenland White-fronted Goose (a group of 4 over the village &#8211; our first of the autumn)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redwings (big movements evident overnight last night and tonight)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we&#8217;ll be off island for a few weeks now so will catch up on our return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>09\/10\/2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pink-footed Goose (x170 a large skein over heading east) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barnacle Goose (a steady movement of over 250 birds through the morning in flocks of 20-70)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Snipe (a single bird flushed from the road verge)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redwing (x2 the first of the autumn and a steady flow of &#8216;seeping&#8217; birds over night)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juniper (several substantial plants in a new location)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scots Lovage (several plants in a new location)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slender Club-rush (<em>Isolepis cernua <\/em>&#8211; an under-recorded autumnal species.
